Calgary Industrial Land Options along the 84th Street /Stoney Trail SE Corridor

With the pending commencement of the 3rd leg of the Stoney Trail ring road on the south east side of the City, between 17th Avenue and Deerfoot Trail SE we are going to see an increase of activity along the 84th Street corridor.  Click here for a copy of the Presentation Boards outling the details of the SE Stoney Trail project.  The project is a P3 effort where Alberta Transportation is parterning with SNC Lavalin and Acciona SAClick here for the SEST web site.  Companies that require large components of land to store equipment or materials and easy access to major highways are seriously considering this area as it currently provides inexpensive land and will, when the ring road is completed, easy access to both the #1 and #2 highways.  We have taken the time to compile a brief summary of the lands available for sale by various companies in the Shepard Industrial Park.  Click here to obtain an email from us outlining the table and accompanying map of Shepard Land Options.

There are also a number of additional parks planned for the area including the final phase of Patton Industrial Park, just east of Garden Road and north of the Wesview Park, which was recently purchased by CME Capital which is controlled by Carlo & Marco Simonelli and family.  It  is currently in the planning and zoning stages but given the developments the Simonellis have done over the years it is sure to be a success.  Another park, Zahmol Industrial Park is being marketed by Royal LePage Commercial.
